Your questions, answered

Which size should I choose?

Our adult bamboo pad currently comes in UK Single, 86 × 91 cm. It protects the main sleeping area of a single bed, with tuck-in flaps that fold under the mattress. More sizes are coming soon.

How do I put the pad on the bed?

Lay it over your fitted sheet where you sleep, then tuck the flaps down the sides and under the mattress. The anti-slip backing helps keep it in place through the night.

Is it noisy or crinkly to sleep on?

No. The soft bamboo top and quilted layers make it quiet to sleep on, with no plastic rustle, so it feels like part of your bedding.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash with a mild detergent, then tumble dry on low or air dry. Don't use bleach or fabric softener, as they can damage the waterproof layer.

Will anything soak through to my mattress?

The waterproof TPU barrier helps stop liquid reaching your mattress. Follow the care instructions and replace the pad if it becomes worn to keep it performing well.
