You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or copying our content for commercial use. We may update or change our website at any time and cannot guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.
3. Our products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and patterns may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly from those stated. Please read the product description and care instructions before use.
Bedwetz® products are not suitable for children under 2 years old. Always follow the product guidance and supervise young children appropriately.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
If we have made an obvious error in the price of a product, we will contact you and you may choose to cancel the order or go ahead at the correct price.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
5. Your order and our contract with you
After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We may need to cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will let you know and give you a full refund.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used together with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Our 10% welcome code is for first orders only.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Your right to cancel and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We go further and offer a 30-day return period.
For hygiene reasons, mattress protectors and bed pads that have been unsealed, used or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Full details of how to return an item and how refunds work are set out in our Refund policy.
9. Faulty products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will put things right. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We only supply products for domestic and private use, and we are not responsible for any business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or courier disruption. If this happens, we will let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay.
